    Hi Yuka,

In this image, it appears the seam allowance is on in the 2D window. The blue background appears when the 2D hide/show option for seam allowance is on.

When using print to file, we can include internal lines.

When exporting PDF (vectors only), choose Fabric color and internal lines

When exporting PDF with Textures, choose fabric materials and internal lines

Opening either in AI, we can release the clipping mask and delete the blue of the seam allowance and the material if not needed.

Let us know if it worked
    Thanks!

Thank you so much for your quick reply! I didn't think about it, but it's easier without going through the clipping mask and actually better printing without seam allowance.

I wasn't sure the file format and what to include, so this was very helpful! Thank you so much for your help and for giving us this place to ask a question as I work! So appreciate your efficient service!
