If you experience difficulty uploading your garments to Stylezone, such as losing the connection, or uploads seemingly stuck for a long time, try the following:

Close whichever of VStitcher and Lotta you have open.

Close the Browzwear Connect panel that displays the notifications.

(Windows) Go to the taskbar at the bottom right of your screen and click the Browzwear Connect icon .
If you cannot see the icon, on the taskbar click to view the hidden icons.
The Browzwear Connect panel is displayed.

(Mac) Go to the menu bar at the top right of your screen and click the Browzwear Connect icon .
The Browzwear Connect panel is displayed.

At the top right of the panel, click .
A menu is displayed.

Click Exit and when the confirmation message is displayed, click Yes.

Wait a couple of minutes and then check in Stylezone if your garments are uploaded.

If this does not resolve the issue, when contacting Support you should send the appropriate Stylezone Connect log.
To find the appropriate log:

In whichever application (VStitcher or Lotta) you were using to upload to Stylezone, go to the Main menu and click Help, then Open Log Folder. A file explorer window is displayed.

In the file explorer, go one level up. For example, if the current location is Browzwear > log > VStitcher-51078, go to Browzwear > log. A number of folders are displayed,

Open the StylezoneConnect folder that matches the version of VStitcher/Lotta you are using.
For example, if using VStitcher 51078, you started at Browzwear > log > VStitcher-51078 and should open the folder StylezoneConnect-51078. The log file is displayed.
