What's New

This release includes the following new features:

• ​​​New-look Home page:​​ This version of Stylezone includes a re-design of the Home page for improved asset management. The view can be tailored to individual user preferences, allowing users to quickly navigate to their most important items. Highlights of the updated Home page include:
  • ​​Enhanced Navigation​​: A new sidebar for easier access and improved organization.
  • ​​Global Search: ​​A robust search feature to quickly find what you need.
  • ​​Product Updates Banner: ​​Stay informed with a dedicated banner for the latest product news.
  • ​​Flexible Feed:​​ Advanced filtering and sorting options for a more personalized experience. Enlarged style cards and text fonts in the Feed and Group View for enhanced usability.

• ​Separation of internal and external communication: ​​It is now possible to tag a comment as internal or external and in this way control who sees the comments.

External users can only see external comments while internal users (Members) can see all comments (both internal and external). If an internal comment mentions an external user, a notification appears as a reminder that the comment will not be visible to the external user.

Annotations now feature color-coded markers to distinguish between new and existing annotations, improving clarity and organization. For further details see Add, Edit and Resolve Comments​​.

• ​​Inviting guests to view a collection: ​​Added a feature that enables internal Stylezone users to invite guests – who don't have Stylezone login credentials – to view a collection using a shareable link. This feature allows for faster iteration cycles which leads to improved collaboration between stakeholders. For further information, see ​Inviting guests to view a collection​​.
• ​​Confirmation when resending an invitation: ​​Added a confirmation message when resending an invitation to a pending user.
• ​​GUI Improvements:​​ We're excited to announce several enhancements to the Style page, designed to elevate your Stylezone experience:
  • ​​Full Screen Mode Enhancements: ​​You can now toggle to full screen mode using ​Shift + F ​​. When in full screen mode, hover near the top or bottom of the screen to reveal a toolbar with all available Stylezone functionalities, such as Colorways, Version History, and Comments.
  • ​​ColorUp Feature in Full Screen Mode:​​ Added the ability to use the ColorUp feature directly in full screen mode.
  • ​​Improved 3D Viewer Navigation: ​​Performance improvements and refined panning navigation in the 3D Viewer for smoother and more intuitive control.
    • Improved style loading times when accessing the 3D Viewer. The new Preload 3D Viewer option allows the 3D Viewer to be pre-loaded as a background process when entering a style. This option is enabled by default for all users and is available under Profile > View.
    • The garment image is now centered in the 3D Viewer when it loads and appears in its entirety (no longer cropped). New functionality was added to re-focus on the garment by pressing the "F" key or via a new icon.
    • Included the ability to change the default HDRI light settings by fine-tuning the Exposure and Rotation values.
    • Improved zooming, panning and rotating options while viewing the garment. Camera rotation is now from the center of avatar.
• ​​Tags Management:​ This release introduces the use of tags. Tags enhance functionality and improve the user experience by providing a flexible and intuitive way to organize, search, and interact with styles. For a detailed description of how to use tags in Stylezone, see ​Managing Tags​​.
  • ​​Filtering by Status and Tags​​: It is now possible to use the Status Filter drop-down card to filter styles by status or tags in the Home page. This enhances data retrieval and platform functionality. See ​Filtering and Sorting in Stylezone​​.
  • ​​Bulk Tagging:​ Allows applying tags to multiple styles to save time and improve search and filtering capabilities. 
  • ​​Tag Sorting:​ Allows admins to sort tags in the Manage Tags page alphabetically or by usage. 
• ​​Global Search​​: This new functionality offers a robust search experience across the entire Stylezone platform. Key features include:
  • Searching for various entities such as styles, groups, boards, collections, versions and users throughout the Stylezone site.
  • Filtering search results by entity type, tags, or style status.

The new Global Search provides Stylezone users with a powerful tool to efficiently locate assets throughout the system, enhancing overall usability and productivity. For further details, see ​Global Search​​.

• ​​Enhanced Single Sign-On (SSO) capabilities: ​​Included additional features to streamline user activation and login experiences.
  • ​​Intuitive Activation Flow: ​​The updated flow ensures a straightforward setup, minimizing complexity and ensuring a quick start.
  • ​​Faster Login Flow:​​ Returning users will experience significantly faster login times, enhancing overall efficiency and productivity within Stylezone.
