If you have a PC with more than one graphics card, you should check the settings as this can adversely affect how images display in the application.
If you have a PC, to identify the graphics card:
Click the Start button.
Type devmgmt.msc, and press Enter. Device Manager is displayed.
Click Display adapters. A list of adapters including the graphics card is displayed. For example, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950KM.
If using an NVIDIA graphics card, refer to Checking NVIDIA Settings. If using an AMD graphics card, refer to Checking AMD Settings. If otherwise, refer to the graphics card's documentation to ensure the card is properly set up for the application.
Reminder: You only require to check NVIDIA settings if your PC has more than one graphics card.
To check the settings on a PC do the following:
Go to the Windows search box (at the bottom left of the screen, next to the Start).
Type in NVIDIA. The NVIDIA Control Panel app is displayed.
Click the app to start it.
On the taskbar on the left side, ensure Manage 3D settings is selected.
In the main pane of the app, there are two tabs: Global Settings and Program Settings.
Click Program Settings.
Under Select a program to customise, click the drop-down to display the available programs.
If the appropriate version of VStitcher (or Lotta, if appropriate) is displayed, click to select it and go to step 10.
If VStitcher (or Lotta, if appropriate) is not displayed, click Add. A list of programs is displayed.
Browse to the version of VStitcher (or Lotta, if appropriate) you are using and click to select it. Then click Add Selected Program.
At Select the preferred graphics processor for this program, click the drop-down.
From the available options displayed in the drop-down menu, ensure High-performance NVIDIA processor is selected.
At the bottom right of the NVIDIA Control Panel app, click Apply.
Close the NVIDIA Control Panel app.
Check if there is an update for graphics card drivers on the AMD website. Install the new updated driver if one exists.
On the desktop, right-click the background (away from any icons). A menu is displayed.
Select AMD Radeon Settings. The AMD Radeon Pro and Firepro Settings window is displayed.
Click Switch Driver Mode.
Select the latest Gaming Driver - the one with the highest version number.
Your system switches drivers.Your screen may flicker during this process.
After switching to gaming mode, the user interface displays Radeon Software and a red icon on the taskbar.
Click Driver Options, then:
Select Gaming Driver.
Select Install and Switch Mode.
