Adding a User

Only an admin user can add users to their company's Stylezone site.

To add a user:

  1. At the top right of the page, click your username. A menu is displayed.

  2. Click Add/Edit Users. A form is displayed.

  3. Complete the form as required. Note the following:

    • Department and Position are optional, but do display in the user profile.

    • User Image is optional. The user can add a picture after the account is created.

    • The default time is UTC. If appropriate, select the user's time zone.

    • For Type, click the drop-down and select the user role. For more information, refer to User Roles.

  4. Click Create. The user is added and is sent an email invitation to set up a password and access Stylezone.

Resending an Invitation

If a user does not accept an invitation before it expires, an admin user may resend the invitation.

To resend the invitation:

  1. At the top right of the page, click your username. A menu is displayed.

  2. Click Add/Edit Users. A form is displayed.

  3. Click Edit User.

  4. At User, click the drop-down and select the user whose invitation you want to resend. The user's details are displayed in the form. At the Status part, a Resend link is displayed.

    Click Resend

  5. Click Resend. The invitation is resent to the user.
