Problem Activating Browzwear University Account?

Browzwear University - university.browzwear.com.

This is the account used to access the video learning platform on Skilljar.

You may be using Browzwear University for training. Browzwear sends you an email to activate your account. The email has the subject Welcome to Browzwear University and includes a link to create your account and password.

Note: The Browzwear University activation email is an auto generated email. This has been known to cause issues where it has been caught in enterprise email filters. It is common practice in most enterprise email filtering systems to block automated emails or send them to your spam or junk folder.

If you are unable to find the email in your spam or junk folder, we suggest checking with your IT Team if they might have blocked the email.

We recommend asking your IT Team to ensure the following is on their allow list:

  • noreply@skilljar.com

If you received the message Invalid Token after clicking the link in email to activate, use this link to recover the password.

If you do not receive an email, this indicates that your invitation has expired. Contact your Client Success Lead or email support@browzwear-global.com to re-activate your account.

Browzwear University does not use access codes. If you are prompted to input an access code, confirm you are using the login section and not the sign-up section on the site. Be sure to use the link from your invitation email to create your account. Contact your Client Success Lead or email support@browzwear-global.com if you are unable to log in.
