Upgrading to 2020 May Edition

• Dongle License Users - you must update your license dongle. Send your C2V to support@browzwear.com. For further information, refer to Retrieving a C2V File and Applying a V2C File.

• Cloud License Users - send your upgrade request to support@browzwear.com. There is no need to send any files.

• Enhanced annotations

  Includes support for annotations using an external image editor.

Design Visualization and Styling

• 3D Styling - improvement in simulation speed

  Regular and Focused mode allow you to control simulation speed in 3D styling.

• 3D Styling - freeze and move draped pieces

  Move and rotate already draped pattern pieces or garments in the 3D window.

• 3D Adjustments

  Lengthen and shorten pattern pieces by dragging their unstitched edges in the 3D window, immediately seeing the effect of such changes in the simulation.

• Loading a snapshot on a different avatar

  Load a snapshot on a different avatar without needing to trigger simulation.

• Balancing a parametric avatar silhouette

  Ability to adjust the silhouette of certain parametric avatars.

• Toggle display of 3D stitch pins

  You can now decide whether to display stitch pins in the 3D window.

Garment Creation

• Integration with Substance

  Ready to use print execution presets. In addition, support for import of Substance created materials (in SBSAR format).

• Vector Fabrics

  Add and edit vector fabric materials.

• Guidelines

  Create and move guidelines in the 2D window to help in garment creation.

• Detecting changes to source texture files

  If a source file is changed, on loading the garment a message is displayed asking whether to update the texture file to match the source file.

• SmartDesign availability

  Open and use SmartDesign template files.

• Closed cut mark shapes

  Support for fur properties, physics behavior, and outside or inside visibility property of materials assigned to closed cut mark shapes.

Miscellaneous

• Browzwear Render Cloud

  A cloud service for rendering.
