Good morning,
I am getting a hard time with multi- pieces sleeves.
In the prepare mode, my pattern is wrapping all around the sleeve and make my simulation to twist. Will be very easy to set the narrow pieces with ''Flat'' mode as for the front body but this option is not available for sleeve. Does anyone have a tips for me ?

Here is a snap shot as reference :
Can we I don’t know if this was ever resolved but what does your pattern look like flat in 2D?
Hi Julie,
You can try moving the sleeve piece out of the Arm section in Arrange mode which automatically creates a curved sleeve. Instead, place the piece inside the Torso section and create a new cluster for the piece. You will then be able to select Flat Mode for the piece.
Ensure you place the piece on the correct 3D layer before simulating.
Hope this information is helpful for you,
Best of luck,
Zisie
Hi Julie,
I wanted to give you an update on this topic. In the 2021.2 version of vstitcher, you now have a few new options for clustering on the sleeve. These include curve, flat, and rounded. I hope this is able to help you better simulate your multi-pieced sleeves.
Best of luck!

I am having a different issue and not sure if I should post a new question.
One sleeve is fine the other is doing whatever, I've deleted a few times and tried different cluster but the sleeve does not change angle. What am I doing wrong?
Hi Raquel,
Do your sleeves have symmetry? Can you show me how you have each one clustered and show me the the 3D transformation section for each? Thanks!
Best,
Afsha
Hi thanks sorry i didn't get back sooner, I had deleted the file and started over
