You may need the serial number for your FAB machine when asking for support from Browzwear.
To find the serial number:
Turn the FAB on-off switch to On.
Open DB Admin.
On the left of the page, click any fabric.
In the middle of the page, under Composition, click Use FAB.
The FAB test page is displayed.
Go to the bottom of the page to view the FAB serial number.
The following image, when expanded, displays an example of where the serial number is located.

We recommend you take a screenshot to include the serial number and submit the screenshot to the Support Team.
