Overview
Artwork Grading Export runs VStitcher's techpack export for each selected pattern piece, extracts artwork bounding-box data and ruler measurements from the output, and assembles a single PDF: one page per piece, one column per size, with an artwork info strip (name, physical size, V/H placement) above each graded piece. Factories and tech teams get one document to verify artwork positioning without opening the garment file.

How to Export a Grading Report
Step 1: Open the Garment and Select a Snapshot
Open a garment in VStitcher, click Plugins → Artwork Grading Export, and select a saved snapshot from the dropdown.
Step 2: Filter and Configure

Step 3: Select Pieces and Export
Check the pattern pieces to include, choose an output folder, and click Export.
What Happens During Export?
Data Extraction
For each size/colorway combination, the plugin runs VStitcher's native techpack export, then reads artwork physical size (width × height) via material bounding-box data and V/H placement from the exported PDF's ruler text.
Report Assembly
Pieces are combined into a single PDF: one page per piece, one column per size, with a colorway label bar at the top of each page and an artwork info strip above each graded piece.
Data Handled
The plugin reads garment data (pattern piece geometry, material bounding boxes, snapshot metadata, colorway names) from the open VStitcher session. It exports pattern piece PDFs via VStitcher's native techpack export, then reads ruler label text from those PDFs. No data is sent to any external server — all output is written locally to the user-selected output folder.
Troubleshooting
