If you need to make changes to your subscription, such as updating your payment method, changing your plan, or canceling your subscription, you can do so easily through the Customer Portal.

Once you enter the email address used for the account, you will be sent a secure link to log in to the portal.
What You Can Do in the Customer Portal
- Update Your Payment Method – Add a new credit card or update an existing one.
- Change Your Subscription Plan – Move to an annual or monthly plan (please note, plan changes will take effect when current plan ends).
- View Billing History & Invoices – Access past invoices and download receipts.
- Cancel Your Subscription – If you need to take a break or stop your subscription, you can do so from this section (please note, cancellations will take effect at the end of your current term).
