Frequently Asked Questions

Below you'll find answers to the most frequently asked questions. For more information, contact USASales@browzwear.com.

How long does it take to test my fabrics?

You should expect delivery of your digital fabric library within two weeks of our receipt of the fabric swatches and payment. We will notify you in advance if that timeline changes.

How do I choose which fabrics to test?

Consider the following:

  • Refer to the Browzwear Cloud Library to see what fabrics are provided free of charge.

  • Which fabrics have longevity in your product offering? These could be worthwhile to have in your company library.

  • Which fabrics are unique? These could be worthwhile to test as it may be difficult to find a suitable substitute.

What fabrics can be tested?

For more information, refer to Fabric testing requirements (PDF).

Will you be returning my fabric swatches?

The testing process requires the swatches to be cut into smaller strips and uses most of the original swatch area. Because of this, we do not return swatches.

What if I can’t meet the minimum swatch size?

Liaise with your Browzwear contact to determine if your fabric can be tested.

How do I use my digital fabric library?

For more information, refer to Using the Libraries Menu.

Can I send a garment instead of a swatch?

Yes! You can send a garment as long as the swatch size can be met. Note that if you choose to send a garment, swatches will be cut from it and the garment will not be returned.
