Sharing Multiple Styles at Once

You can share multiple styles to a new location in the company's Stylezone site.

To share more than one style at a time:

Do one of the following:
- Go to the board that includes the styles you want to share.
- Go to the feed.
Near the top right of the page, click .

Depending on your role, some styles are obscured and not available for selection. Other styles have a check box in the top right and are available for selection, as shown in the following image.
Click the check boxes for the styles you want to share. The number selected displays at the top of the page.
Click Share. The Share multiple styles dialog box is displayed.
Note

At the bottom of the share dialog box, the following message is displayed:

"Shared styles which you are not the original contributor of will be associated with you."

This means:
- If you are a moderator sharing styles of which you are not the owner, you assume ownership once the styles are shared to new boards.
- Such styles are no longer linked to the originals, and so changes to the originals are not reflected in the shared versions.
- Comments are not linked and do not move from board to board.
Type the name of the board (or boards) to which you would like to share the selected style or styles. As you begin typing, a list of possible options is displayed.
Click each board you want to upload the styles to. As you click each board, its name displays in the dialog box.
Click Share.
