Once you have added a dart to a garment, you can:
To rotate a dart:

Go to the Context view.

In the Tools section, click Rotate Dart.
"Select a target location" is displayed in the 2D window.

Hover the mouse over the pattern to view potential target locations.
Each potential target location turns yellow as you hover over it.

Click the target location where you want to rotate the dart.
On the dart apex, a pivot point is displayed with a rotating gizmo.

Use the mouse to move the gizmo until the slice line reaches the location you want.

In the Context view, click Done.
The dart is rotated to the new location.

To move a dart to a new location:

In the 2D window, click the section of the dart where you want to anchor the dart.

Hover the mouse over the pattern to view potential target locations.
Each potential target location turns yellow as you hover over it.

Click the target location where you want the dart moved.
The selected target location turns green.
On the dart apex, a pivot point is displayed with a rotating gizmo.

Use the mouse to move the gizmo until the slice line reaches the location you want.
A dart opens next to the slice line and the rotated section snaps to both sides of the rotation range.

In the Context view, click Done.
The dart is moved to the new location.
Note
If two darts share the same leg, they are merged into a single dart.

You can cancel the dart rotation by doing one of the following:

Selecting a different tool,

Clicking Cancel, or
-
Pressing ESC.
