The Filter and Sort functions streamline the information retrieval process by allowing you to find specific styles quickly.
Filtering
Use the Filter by drop-down card to filter styles by status or tags.
To filter the styles displayed:
At the top of the page, click Filter by.
Click Status to select the status labels you want to display or click Tags to select filter by tag name.
Only styles that match your selection will appear. Note that:
The number of items selected in the list appears to the right of the Status and Tags headings.
The total number of items selected appears next to Filter by.
Selected items appear at the top of the list. When no items are selected, the list is sorted alphabetically.
Filter selections are applicable per user session and are saved even when refreshing the page. However, closing the site tab or logging out will reset the filter.
To remove all filters and display all styles, click Filter by, then Clear all.
Sorting
You can sort styles by:
Last Activity
Last Update
Status Label
Name
To sort the styles displayed:
At the top of the page, click Sort by.
A list of available sort options appears.
Click the sort order you want. The styles are displayed in the selected order. The highlighted arrow represents your selection.
