Which VStitcher versions work with the license?
The Freelancer license supports only the most recent supported release.
The FreelancerPlus and Teams licenses support the two most recent supported releases.
When a new version is released:
Older versions will stop authenticating
Updating is required to continue working
Always download the latest version from the Browzwear Help Center.
What’s included in the Freelancer / FreelancerPlus license?
The Freelancer license includes:
Core VStitcher functionality for individual use
1 Stylezone site access for independent workflows
What is NOT included in the Freelancer / FreelancerPlus license?
The Freelancer license does not include:
Plugins or CAD integrations
Server Engine (headless VStitcher)
Enterprise-level automation or integrations
If you require these capabilities, a Team or Enterprise license may be a better fit.
Do you offer a free trial or demo for the Freelancer / FreelancerPlus license?
No. These licenses do not include a free trial or demo.
For independent users, the monthly subscription option is the lowest-commitment way to evaluate the software.
Please note:
Demos are available only for Enterprise solutions
Freelancer licenses cannot be trialed or temporarily activated
Demo requests must be submitted through the Browzwear website

Can I change the email address on my Freelancer / FreelancerPlus account?
Freelancer / FreelancerPlus licenses are tied to the email address used at purchase.
Because of this changing the account email is not supported.
To avoid issues:
Continue using the original purchase email
If you need to switch emails long-term, signing up with a new email address is recommended
Note: if you have cancelled your existing subscription and want to reactivate it, this cannot be done through the Stripe portal.
Can I reactivate a cancelled subscription?
Once a subscription has been cancelled, it cannot be restarted through the Stripe portal on your own.
To reactivate, contact Browzwear Support:
Confirmation that your payment method is up to date in the Stripe portal
Provide your preferred subscription type (Freelancer, FreelancerPlus or Teams)
Provide your preferred billing frequency (monthly or yearly)
Our team will restart the subscription on your behalf.

Learner License – What to know
Key points:
Learner licenses are time-limited (6 months)
A payment method is still be required for verification
If a valid payment method is on file when the Learner license expires and the license is not cancelled, it will automatically convert to a paid Freelancer subscription.
Using the license while traveling or on VPN
Traveling and VPN use are generally supported.
However:
Licenses are for single users only
Concurrent or unusual logins may trigger security checks
If you experience access issues, temporarily disabling VPN can help isolate the cause.
What happened to the Indie Program?
The Indie Program has been discontinued as of Spring 2024.
It has been replaced by the Freelancer license, designed for independent designers and solo creators.
