Changing your plan (upgrades & downgrades)
You can change your plan at any time via the “Manage Subscription” area in Stylezone.
Log in to your Stylezone account using your Browzwear login credentials.
Click your initials icon in the upper-right corner.
Select Manage Subscription from the dropdown menu.
You will be redirected to the secure Stripe customer portal.
Enter your email address.
A login link (token) will be sent to your email.
Use the link to access your subscription settings.
What You Can Do in the Stripe Portal
Once logged in, you can:
Update your payment method
Change your subscription plan
Cancel your subscription
Plan Change Details
Upgrades take effect immediately. Charges are prorated for the remainder of the current billing period. Your renewal date remains the same.
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Your access remains unchanged until that time.
How billing and renewal work
Freelancer licenses are recurring subscriptions (monthly or yearly)
Subscriptions renew automatically
Reminder notifications are sent before renewal
You are responsible for managing your subscription status.
How to cancel your Freelancer / FreelancerPlus / Teams subscription
Subscriptions must be cancelled through the same flow as for upgrades and downgrades.
Once cancelled:
You will not be charged again
You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
Please note:
Cancellation does not pause a subscription
Access ends automatically when the current billing period finishes

Can I pause my subscription?
Subscriptions cannot be paused.
You can:
Cancel your subscription
Use the license until the paid period ends
Re-subscribe later when needed
