Editing 3D Object Geometry

You can edit the geometry of a 3D object in VStitcher and Lotta.

To edit the geometry:

  1. Click the 3D object. Details of the object are displayed in the Context view.

  2. In the Context view, click the image that is displayed in the 3D Trim section.

    The 3D Object Editor is displayed.

  3. Click Geometry.

    Tip

    Click expand.png to expand the editor.

  4. Edit the properties as required.

    Property

    Description

    Set Orientation

    Click to open the Customize 3D Object dialog box. For more information, refer to Customize 3D Object dialog box in How to Import a 3D Trim Object.

    Replace

    Click to reset the size to the original object size.

    Size

    Adjust the X, Y, or Z properties as required.

    Note: By default, these values are dynamically linked so that a change in one automatically causes a proportionate change in the other values.

    Click connected-icon-v.png to unlink the size properties.

  5. Close the 3D Object Editor.
