To view trim objects:

  1. If the Materials tab is not already open, on the Resources tabs, click Materials.

  2. If not already open, click the Garment tab.

  3. Go to the Trims section. A thumbnail is displayed for each trim.

Tip

To change the thumbnail size, at the top of the Materials tab, click

, then click the desired thumbnail size.

Hover over a trim thumbnail to view options.

Description

The reverse icon displays if the face and back of the trim are different colors. Hover over the icon to switch between the two sides.

Displays if the trim is assigned to a piece.

  • Click

    to remove the trim from all pieces.

  • If the trim is not assigned to a piece,

    is displayed. Click

    to delete the trim.

Note: If using small or medium thumbnails, Clone Trim displays in the menu described in label 5.

to display a menu. The menu contents vary according to the trim type, and may include the following:

  • Clone Trim

  • Edit Externally

  • Rename

  • Reset Color

  • Create Group

  • Look Inside

  • Export as U3M

  • Convert to Raster - 2020 January Edition and newer

  • Convert to Vector - 2020 January Edition and newer

Note: If using large thumbnails, Clone Trim displays instead as a separate icon.
