PNG Images – Export as PNG graphics.
Additional options:
Color Mode - (Version 2025.2 and newer) Options for:
RGB
CMYK
Image Resolution – 72 DPI or 300 DPI (for PNG or PDF with textures).
The higher the DPI, the better the image quality, and the longer it takes to create the file.
For best texture quality, ensure the image in the application has equal or higher DPI than the Print To File DPI. If you want to use the output as a screen print, it is recommended to use 300 DPI.
Fabric Materials / Fabric Color – Choose whether to include textures or flat color fills (for PNG and PDF with Textures).
If Fabric Color is selected, each fabric’s diffuse color is used as the solid color. If a multilayered fabric, the fabric with Use Physics selected determines the color selected. If not selected, all pattern pieces use the Allowance color. (The Allowance color is set in your 2D window preferences.)
If this option is selected, you may include or exclude Extend Fabrics over Allowance, meaning fabric texture covering a seam allowance area.
Seam Materials – Include seam information (for PNG or PDF with textures).
Internal Lines – Export internal lines.
Artwork & Trim (Vector Only) – Export only vector artworks/trims.
If selected, you may include or exclude:

Keep Content Within Frame ensures annotations are not cropped.

Take note of the following:
By default, this option is not enabled. Changes to the checkbox state are saved with the tech pack preset.
Older presets can be loaded as usual.
Newly exported annotations will not change the layout of the Tech Pack.
The checkbox doesn't influence external annotation drawings.
Choose whether to include the avatar with annotations.
