Calculating Values for Symmetrical Poses
The table below summarizes the formulas to use to make each pair of the four special joints symmetrical, per avatar. The avatars have been divided into groups based on the type of formula used to create symmetrical poses.
Group 1
Avatars using this method: Olivia, Oliver, Joseph, Gabrielle, Lily, Alex, Faceless woman, Faceless man
Regular Joints Same on both sides X, Y, Z 
Special Joints Y and Z are the same on both sides At X, type in X180, where X is the X value you noted from the other side

Group 2
Avatars using this method: Deborah, Tina, Kim, Sara, Rachel, Adam, David
Regular Joints
Same on both sides X, Y, Z 
Special Joints
At X, type in 360X, where X is the X value you noted from the other side 
Group 3
Avatars using this method: Emma, Bella
At X, same on both sides
At Y, type in 360Y, where Y is the Y value you noted from the other side
At Z, type in 360Z, where Z is the Z value you noted from the other side
Group 4
Avatars using this method: Maya, Baby 2
For these avatars the special joints are separated into two groups: Shoulder and Hip
Regular Joints Same on both sides X, Y, Z 

Special Joints At X, type in 360X, where X is the X value you noted from the other side 
Special Joints At X, type in X180, where X is the X value you noted from the other side. 
Group 5
Avatars using this method: Sofia, Emil, Faceless baby
For these avatars the special joints are separated into two groups: Shoulder and Hip
