Vote in Collection

The Vote in Collection feature allows external users and guests on Stylezone to provide feedback on styles within a shared Collection by upvoting or downvoting them.

Voting is available only at the Collection level and not on Folders. External users, guests, and team members with access to the Collection can vote on styles.

• Users can upvote (👍) or downvote (👎) a style.
• Styles in different Collections have independent vote counts, making the votes for each style specific to the collection it is in.
• Users can toggle their votes but cannot select both the upvote and downvote buttons together.

Viewing and Managing Votes

• Votes are visible to all members with access to a Collection, including the number of upvotes, downvotes and a list of the voters.
• Guest voters are displayed by their email addresses. When the link to a Collection expires, the guests’ votes remain but each of their email addresses (guest identities) will be replaced with “Guest”. 
• If an internal Stylezone user is deactivated, the user’s vote remains but their name is changed to “Deactivated”.
• Votes do not carry over if a Collection or style is cloned.
• The votes associated to a style will be deleted when a style is deleted from a Collection.

Compliance to Terms & Conditions

• First-time guest voters must accept the Terms & Conditions before voting.
• If the existing Terms & Conditions are updated, returning guests must accept the new terms before proceeding to vote.

Security & Privacy

• Guests’ email addresses will be removed when the link to a Collection expires. 
• If a new sharing link is created from the same Collection, the past votes remain but guest identities will not be restored.
