This section shows how to stitch the sleeves to the body in the 3D window. For information about stitching in the 2D window, refer to Stitching in the 2D Window.
The following image shows the pieces (rearranged for ease of display in the 2D window) and the stitches required to attach the left sleeve to the body: the S edge is stitched to the S1 edge, then the S2 edge.
To stitch the sleeve to the body:

On the Main toolbar, click Stitch.

Go to the Context view.

Click Multi Stitch.

Go to the 3D window.

On the left sleeve, click the inner edge.

Note the stitch direction shown by the arrow on the sleeve edge.

Go to the Context view.

Under Multi Stitch, click To.

On the front piece, click the left edge to which the sleeve is to be stitched.
Important: Ensure the stitch direction matches the stitch direction on the sleeve. If it doesn't, click the edge again.

On the back piece, click the left edge to which the sleeve is to be stitched.
Important: Ensure the stitch direction matches the stitch direction on the sleeve. If it doesn't, click the edge again.

Press Enter.
VStitcher stitches both sleeves to the front and back pieces (because the sleeves have symmetry) and the stitches are displayed.
The following image shows the stitching of the sleeves to the body.
Once you have stitched the sleeves to the body, continue with Stitching the Sleeve Edges Together.
