You can have pieces snap to an edge or a point when rotating them.
To snap to an edge or a point when rotating:
On the Main toolbar, click Select.
To snap to a point, select Snap to: Point on the Horizontal contextual menu.
To snap to an edge, select Snap to: Edge on the Horizontal contextual menu.
Select and rotate the piece.
