You can clone an existing editable pose.

To clone a pose:

  1. In the 3D window, click the current pose. The Poses pop-up pane is displayed.

  2. Go to the pose you want to clone and hover over it.

  3. Click

    . The avatar pose is cloned, automatically named and displayed ready to edit.
