Finding VStitcher/Lotta Logs

When you run into an issue and we need your logs, these are the instructions for how to find them.

If you encounter an issue in VStitcher/Lotta, we may ask for your log folder to help diagnose the issue. These are the instructions for how to collect the logs:

1.) Open VStitcher or Lotta

2.) From the Main Menu, go to Help

3.) Select Open Log Folder...

4.) Leave the file explorer open and close VStitcher and Browzwear Connect

  • Ensure that VStitcher does not show as open in your Dock/Taskbar

5.) Go back to the file explorer window we opened earlier, and navigate back one step in the file pathway until you see the general "log" folder

Note: If you are on a MAC, please set your finder window view to be "As Columns" to easily go backwards in the file pathway:

6.) Zip the entire log folder and share it with us in your email response

If you run into an error preventing you from zipping the folder, use Task Manager/Activity Monitor to verify VStitcher/Browzwear Connect is not running in the background.

  • Search for tasks using keywords "VStitcher" and "StylezoneConnect"

  • If you see either application running, quit the task inside Task Manager/Activity monitor and retry zipping the folder
