You can do the following to each of the button building blocks:
Replacing a Button Part
Note
You can replace a button only with a 3D object (OBJ/FBX), and replace a buttonhole only with a 2D image.
To replace a part:

In the Trims section, hover over the button image.

Click the "X" icon to delete the button.

Click . A menu is displayed.

Click Look Inside to view the button parts. The button parts are displayed in a pop-up pane.

On the part you want to replace, click . A menu is displayed.

Click Replace. A file explorer window is displayed.

Navigate to the location of the replacement part and click Open. The old part is replaced with the new part.
Extracting a Copy of a Button Part
To extract a copy of a part:

In the Trims section, hover over the button image.

Click the "X" icon to delete the button.

Click . A menu is displayed.

Click Look Inside to view the button parts. The button parts are displayed in a pop-up pane.

On the part you want to extract, click . A menu is displayed.

Click Extract a Copy. A copy is made and displayed in Trims, in the Piece Assignable section.
Editing a Button Part in Third-Party Software
To edit a button part:

In the Trims section, hover over the button image.

Click . A menu is displayed.

Click Look Inside to view the button parts. The button parts are displayed in a pop-up pane.

On the part you want to extract, click . A menu is displayed.

Click Edit Externally. The part is opened up in your default graphics software.
