We are pleased to introduce VStitcher 2025.3, continuing our mission to deliver smarter, faster, and more secure 3D design and collaboration. This release enhances cloud connectivity, simulation precision, and enterprise scalability - ensuring a seamless experience across the Browzwear ecosystem

Streamline your workflow with direct connectivity between Stylezone and VStitcher. Users can now instantly open .BW files from Stylezone into their local VStitcher installation. This eliminates manual downloads, prevents version mismatches, and ensures a seamless transition between design and collaboration stages

Introducing secure, license-based encryption for all avatar providers, ensuring only authorized clients can access and use licensed avatars within VStitcher. This capability strengthens IP protection and enables providers - such as Humanetics and others - to safely distribute their avatars while maintaining full control over access and usage. The scalable solution expands opportunities for additional providers to integrate securely into the Browzwear ecosystem.

The new Auto Arrange & Stitch functionality automatically arranges, and stitches pattern pieces. This reduces manual setup and errors, speeding up garment preparation and simulation readiness for pattern makers and technical designers.

Added support for Fabric Sublimation directly from the Print-to-File pipeline, streamlining print preparation and ensuring color and material accuracy in production output.

A new VQS has been added to the Browzwear default list: Default – 3 Camera Views, expanding preset visualization options for consistent rendering and review.

· Some patterns with missing 3D grid sections created jagged edges in simulated garment

· In rare cases the hole function caused pieces to disappear in 3D

Upgrading to VStitcher 2025.3:

· Download and install VStitcher

· Cloud License Users - send your upgrade request to [email protected]. There is no need to send any files.

· Dongle License Users - you must update your license dongle. Send your C2V to [email protected]. For further information, refer to Retrieving a C2V File and Applying a V2C File.

VStitcher 2025.3 and Lotta 2025.3 both support files created in earlier VStitcher and Lotta versions.

Earlier VStitcher and Lotta versions do not support version 2025.3 files.
