Brand Guidelines for AI Generation

Overview

Brand Guidelines is an organization-level setting that lets a site admin describe their brand’s visual identity once. That description is then applied automatically to every AI generation across the organization, so results stay on brand without each person having to write brand rules into their prompts.

This article is for site admins. Everyone else on the site sees the effect of the guidelines on the Whiteboard, and can control how strictly they are applied per generation node — covered at the end of this article.

Prerequisites

  • Site admin role — the Brand Guidelines page is not visible to other roles

  • An Enterprise (SSO) or Teams (SSO) organization

  • Generate with AI must already be active on your organization

  • Brand Guidelines is enabled per organization by Browzwear — contact your Customer Success Manager if you do not see the setting

How to set up Brand Guidelines

1.) Open Organization Settings and select Brand Guidelines from the left navigation:

2.) Check the Brand Name field. It is pre-filled with your organization name — change it if your brand is named differently.

3.) In the Brand Guidelines field, describe your brand’s visual identity: color palette, silhouettes, fabrics and materials, prints and patterns, backgrounds, styling and overall aesthetic. The field grows as you type, and you can drag to resize it. The limit is 4,000 characters.

4.) Make sure the toggle in the panel header is on:

5.) Click Save. If you leave the page with unsaved changes, you are asked to confirm.

Note: Brand Name is required — you cannot save without it. Changes take effect on the next generation; they do not change results that have already been generated.

How to control brand strength on a generation node

Any user on a whiteboard can decide how strictly the guidelines are applied to a given generation.

1.) Create or open an AI generation node on any whiteboard.

2.) Find the Brand Guidance Strength control on the node. It has five steps, from 0 (no brand context) to 4 (strictly enforced), and starts at 2:

3.) Set the strength, write your prompt, and generate. A Brand Guidelines tag appears on the node whenever strength is above 0.

Your choice is remembered per node, and does not affect other nodes on the same board.

How guidelines interact with your prompt

If your prompt and the brand guidelines disagree, your prompt wins. The guidelines take priority over Stylezone’s own generation presets — garment, on-model, fabric, artwork and so on — but never over something you asked for explicitly.

Limitations

  • Only site admins can view or edit Brand Guidelines.

  • If Brand Guidelines is switched on but the fields are empty, the strength control does not appear on generation nodes.

  • Separate “Always do” and “Never do” rule fields are not part of this release.

  • Brand Guidelines is not available for Freelancer, Individual or non-SSO accounts.
