Stylezone 7.7 Release Notes

Stylezone brings greater flexibility and efficiency to Whiteboard, with new tools that simplify asset management and AI-powered creativity. Save and reuse images, colors, and prompts across whiteboards with My Assets, or access shared brand resources through Company Assets. New color nodes and asset mentions make it easier to incorporate these elements into AI generation, reducing repetitive steps and keeping designs consistent. Enhanced Global Search also helps teams find relevant styles faster with improved accuracy and sorting options.

  • New Assets panel (right toolbar) with a private My Assets source containing Images, Colors and Prompts tabs. Assets are available to the user across all whiteboards.

  • Save one or more selected canvas items (images, color nodes, image prompt nodes) to My Assets via the Add to My Assets toolbar button. Unsupported node types are ignored.

  • Clicking an asset adds it to the whiteboard; assets can also be dragged onto the canvas. The Add Assets button has been removed from all asset tabs.

  • Colors saved from the whiteboard are stored in a Custom Colors library (always listed first). Colors can be searched by name or hex.

  • Saved prompts are templates — editing a saved prompt does not change prompts already placed.

  • Only whiteboard editors can add assets. My Assets cannot be shared between users.

Color nodes

  • New color node element on the whiteboard: created from the toolbar or canvas + menu , or from My Assets / Company Assets colors.

  • Inline color picker with color name, hex, RGB sliders and RGBA fields; name auto-follows the hex value until manually renamed.

  • Color nodes can be connected to AI Image generation nodes and downloaded as swatches.

Asset mentions in AI Ideation prompts

  • Typing / in an AI Ideation prompt opens a picker with Images, Colors and Prompts groups and All / My / Company tabs; search by name (colors also by hex).

  • Selecting a prompt appends its text at the cursor; selecting a color inserts a hex chip and adds a connected color node; selecting an image attaches it to the generation with a preview chip.

  • Deleting a color chip removes the linked node and arrow; deleting the arrow or node converts the chip to plain hex text. Duplicated ideation nodes keep mentions as plain text.

Company Assets

  • Brand Guidelines (Organization Settings) now has tabs: Identity, Color Palette, Assets and Prompts.

  • Admins can upload one or more .ase color palettes (max 10 MB each, shown by library name), brand images (whiteboard formats, 20 MB), and named prompt templates.

  • Existing ColorUp and Colorway Generator site libraries are pre-populated as company color libraries and stay in sync: deleting a library in Brand Guidelines removes it from ColorUp / Colorway Generator, and new libraries uploaded there are added to Brand Guidelines.

  • Whiteboard users, including external invited users, see a read-only Company Assets tab (Images, Colors, Prompts) in the Assets panel and can place items or reference them via / mention.

  • Company assets are not injected into generation automatically.

Global search

  • Styles in the Trash, including trash styles inherited from deleted users, are now correctly excluded from Global search and AI Match results.

  • New sort option on the Global search page (above the layout buttons) to order results by update date, newest first, matching the folder page. Applies across pagination, keeps the current query and filters, persists for the session. Items without an update date are listed last.
