My Assets is your personal library on the Stylezone whiteboard. You can save images, colors and prompts once and reuse them on any of your whiteboards, so your AI generations start from the same references every time. My Assets is private: only you can see and use the items you save.
From the Assets panel you can browse Images, Colors and Prompts, place them on the canvas, and save items from the canvas back to My Assets.
Note: In order to see assets, you need to be at least have Editor access on the whiteboard (viewers can browse assets but cannot add them)
How to save items to My Assets
1. Open a whiteboard and select one or more items on the canvas — images, color nodes or image prompt nodes
2. In the toolbar, click Add to My Assets:
Note: Unsupported items in your selection (for example text nodes, arrows or GIFs) are ignored
Alternatively, open the Assets panel from the right toolbar, choose My Assets, pick the Images, Colors or Prompts tab, and click + to upload an image or create a new color:
Saving Color Swatches as Assets
Specific color swatches can be now be saved as Color Nodes:
This allows you to directly reference a color swatch in your prompts on Whiteboard.
How to add and edit a color node
1.) Add a color node from the toolbar or the canvas + menu. A new color node starts as red (#FF0000).
2. You can also drag a color from My Assets → Colors or Company Assets → Colors onto the canvas.
3. Select the node and click the color dot in the toolbar to open the color picker. Edit the name, hex value, RGB sliders or RGBA fields; all values update together:
4. To use the color in a generation, connect the node to a Concepts or Photoshoot node:
Note: The color name follows the hex value automatically until you type a custom name. After that, the name stays as you set it.
Tip: Giving your color swatches easy-to-remember names allows for easy addition into prompts by using "/" to call that specific color name
Limitations
Edits to a color node are local to that whiteboard. Save the node to My Assets to reuse it elsewhere.
How to use My Assets on the canvas
1. Open the Assets panel from the right toolbar and select My Assets.
2. Choose the Images, Colors or Prompts tab. You can search colors by name or hex value.
3. Click an asset to add it to the whiteboard, or drag one or more assets onto the canvas.
Colors are placed as color nodes, images as image nodes, and prompts as Image Free text prompt nodes.
To delete assets, hover over an item and click Delete, or select several with the checkboxes and delete them together:
Note: Saved prompts are templates. Editing a saved prompt changes the template only — prompts you have already placed on a whiteboard are not affected.
Limitations
My Assets cannot be shared with other users in this release.
Only image prompt nodes can be saved — animation prompts, AI Match prompts and plain text nodes are not supported.
Colors saved from the whiteboard are stored in a Custom Colors library, which always appears first in your list.
Mentioning Assets in an AI Ideation Prompt
You can reference your saved prompts, colors and images directly inside an AI Ideation prompt by typing /. This lets you write precise instructions — for example which color goes on which garment part — without leaving the prompt field.
How to mention an asset
1. Click into an AI Ideation prompt and type /. A picker opens with three groups: Images, Colors and Prompts:
2. Use the All, My or Company tabs to narrow the source, or keep typing to search by name (colors can also be searched by hex value).
Select a prompt to insert its text at the cursor.
Select a color to insert its hex value as a chip and add a connected color node to the board.
Select an image to attach it to the generation; it appears as a preview chip at the top of the node.
Note: Deleting a color chip from the prompt removes the connected color node and arrow. Deleting the arrow or node instead turns the chip into plain hex text — your prompt wording is not changed.
Limitations
Duplicating an ideation node keeps mention text as plain text; links to nodes are not copied.
Saving a prompt that contains mentions to My Assets stores it as plain text with hex codes kept.
Setting Up Company Assets (Brand Guidelines)
This section is for Organization Admins. Company Assets lets you provide approved brand colors, images and prompt templates to every whiteboard user on your site, including external collaborators. You manage them in Organization Settings → Brand Guidelines; users find them in the whiteboard Assets panel under Company Assets, where they are read-only.
How to add company assets
1.) Open Organization Settings → Brand Guidelines. The page has four tabs: Identity, Color Palette, Assets and Prompts
Color Palette: upload one or more .ase files. Colors are shown grouped by library (file name). Your existing ColorUp and Colorway Generator site libraries appear here automatically.
Assets: upload brand images such as logos, prints, fabric references or illustrations (same formats and 20 MB limit as the whiteboard). Hover over an image to enlarge it.
Prompts: click Add prompt and enter a prompt name and the prompt text. You can edit or delete prompts later.
Note: Turning Brand Guidelines off only affects the Identity tab. Color palettes, assets and prompts stay available to whiteboard users.
How users access company assets
1. On any whiteboard, open the Assets panel and select Company Assets:
2. Choose Images, Colors or Prompts and click or drag an item onto the canvas, or reference it with a / mention in an AI Ideation prompt.
Limitations
Company assets are never added to a generation automatically — users select them explicitly.
Changes made by an admin appear for users after they refresh the page.
Items already placed on a whiteboard remain there even if the admin later removes the asset.
Deleting a color library in Brand Guidelines also removes it from ColorUp and Colorway Generator.
Users cannot edit or delete company assets from the whiteboard.
