In VStitcher 2026.1.4, we're delivering a set of focused improvements that make everyday workflows more consistent, precise, and efficient. With enhancements to automation, editing controls, platform extensibility, and the user experience, this release is about helping teams work with greater confidence and less manual effort.
Clone Edge by Offset - Preserve Extend to Edges Across Sizes
The Extend to Edges setting now applies to all sizes in your size run when performing Clone Edge by Offset across sizes.
Eliminates the need to manually re-apply edge settings after cloning.
Affects Clone Edge by Offset only; other clone operations are unchanged.
Note: this is only an update to the existing Clone Edges by Offset tool. No new feature is added, but the functionality is now improved. You will notice that after selecting
Auto-simulation now preserves consistent drape appearance across all garment sizes.
Eliminates per-size drape inconsistencies that previously required manual correction.
Applies to auto-simulation mode only; manual simulation is unaffected.
New Shape Tolerance Control parameter added to the Reduce Points tool.
Tool enforces the specified tolerance threshold; operations exceeding tolerance are not applied.
Tolerance is set per operation; no global default configuration required.
Enhanced Tension & Pressure Map API Controls
New Open Platform API endpoints added for Tension & Pressure Map display, rendering, and export settings.
Enables programmatic control of T&P map visualization without manual UI interaction.
New endpoints are additive and do not break existing integrations.
Open Platform API documentation updated.
The 3D Measure Tape section in VStitcher has been refreshed with a new, more intuitive user interface for an improved measurement experience.

Note: this is only a newer build of the 2026.1 version. If you are already using any build of the 2026.1 version, no update to your license is necessary. You will only need to download and install the build.

Dongle License Users - you must update your license dongle. Send your C2V to [email protected]. For further information, refer to Retrieving a C2V File and Applying a V2C File.

File Versions
VStitcher 2026.1 and Lotta 2026.1 both support files created in earlier VStitcher and Lotta versions.
Earlier VStitcher and Lotta versions do not support version 2026.1 files.
